As a result of the technical issues during payouts this week, and to thank you for your patience we've increased the tip rate. The tips  are now higher by 30% for a few days - until the next payout on Monday!

Payment Delay This Week - Explained

We have set the gas fee too low, considering the rise in transaction costs because of bulk Tether transactions. The gas / transaction costs are three to four times higher than they’ve been in the whole lifetime of Publish0x, and we haven’t implemented the ability to automatically send a command to increase the gas with our current mass-pay smart contract that pays 100 or so people at a time.

This was never a problem for us, as we've always set the gas price a notch above the "safe" value, and all transactions have gone through without any big issues every week since we've started sending payouts - since Q4 of 2018.

Our developers have expressly written code that will prevent issues like this from arising in the future, so you don't need to worry about situations like this happening again.

Again, as a “thank you for bearing with us”, we've increased the tipping rate by 30% until Monday, when they will be reverted back to normal.
