I recently joined a new PIF (pay-it-forward) site.
It was all very well and we were all earning fast.
Then things started slowing down this month.
It seems a huge base of new members will start coming in.
It was requested we fund and help them.
But before that, other members cashed out.
Worse still, they manipulated the site.
There will be chaos.
I feel it in my bones.
Perhaps, traders are like that.
You don't need to see the stats.
You just need to read the admin's emails.
And feel the frenzy.
Or the disappointment.
Or the appeal.
Even the concealed anger.
Or when people get greedy around you.
Or the organization becomes top-heavy.
These are possible indicators.
Of potential trouble.
One admin and staff.
Pitted against what would be nearly 400k people.
That will be something.
Four hundred thousand different brains.
And hearts and ambitions.
Varying personalities.
Individuals.
Right at the start, the greedy ones showed their horns.
Leaving the spoils for others.
Destabilizing what the admin and his team envisioned.
And worked really hard for.
And yet, many others still wanted to join and make a go for it.
Maybe nothing will be left.
Intuitive person that I am, I felt the weight.
Of the oncoming 300k.
That will be difficult to sustain.
Not impossible, but difficult.
How something so sound and so beautiful, can be manipulated.
By others who don't care about others.
And all the site asked for was but a few dimes.
But others worked it to the max and left soon afterwards.
It was supposed to be all about team work.
But when people think of self, and only self, things go haywire.
But that's human nature.
If has been and it will be now and forever.
Only a few who really care will continue to care.
And maybe not make much mega bucks at all.
Still, it's an integral part of their being.
They're not the followers.
These endangered species are the true leaders.
They don't leave others behind.
They don't leave others the spoils.
They don't gate crash programs.
They don't become ungrateful to admins.
They work so others could have a chance, too.
Which one are you. (forget about question marks)
It's now all about answers.
