I am against illegal immigration. But if we are talking about the obligation to comply with the laws, they must be observed by all parties. Including the president of the country, law enforcement agencies, officials of all ranks and others. Now let's get down to facts and dry numbers. Last year (that is, under Biden), US immigration authorities deported the largest number of illegal immigrants in almost a decade, surpassing the record of Donald Trump's first term (maybe this is the reason - competition with the hated Biden). According to a report published by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), more than 271,000 immigrants were deported from the United States in the last fiscal year (2024). The ICE report came just a few weeks before President-elect Trump takes office, who plans to make mass deportation a cornerstone of his new administration.
President Joe Biden promised to pause deportations in 2021, but his administration ended up expanding them because of a sharp increase in border crossings.
Trump spokeswoman Caroline Leavitt told Reuters that Biden’s deportations were small compared to the high levels of illegal immigration during his presidency. “On Day One, President Trump will fix the immigration and national security nightmare created by Joe Biden by launching the largest deportation operation of illegal criminals in the history of the United States,” she said.
Migrant encounters at the U.S.-Mexico border reached a record high in December 2023, but have since declined significantly and are now at their lowest level since July 2020, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
In June, President Biden issued an executive order sharply restricting asylum, which, along with Mexico’s assistance in this regard, has led to a decline in illegal border crossings. Since then, the number of people released by the U.S. Border Patrol pending immigration court proceedings has fallen by 70%, according to the agency.

Barack Obama has been called the "deporter in chief" by critics in the immigration advocacy community, though enforcement advocates have accused his administration of being soft on illegal immigrants. The Obama administration deported a record 438,421 people in 2013, up about 20,000 from 2012. That included about 198,400 immigrants with criminal records.
And what about Trump during his last term?
Trump's deportations totaled only about 72,000 deportations.

Now about the deportations of illegals. The law must be fully observed, every person caught has the right to the presumption of innocence. He must have the right to legal protection, if he has the right to legal residence, then he must be given the opportunity to demonstrate it, have access to lawyers, relatives. Friends! We are either for civilization, humanity, legality and human rights, or for a return to the Middle Ages, recognizing the powers that be to commit lawlessness. Today you give them complete power in exchange for alleged security, deliverance from "others", and tomorrow you will be the others. But you have already given away your rights for a lentil soup, if anyone understands what I mean. I do not support illegal immigration at all, moreover, I want the real violators and criminal elements to be expelled from the country. This is in my interests and the interests of my children. But power should be under the law, not above it. We must not forget about the people who are fleeing from criminal regimes and war, among them there are many Ukrainians and Russians. Should they also be deported indiscriminately? Or when you talk about immigrants, do you think: why us? Try to be in the shoes of an immigrant, it really helps to become a person, and not an arrogant piece of shit.
Do I support aggression against the police - NO! Alas, this is not about the Russian police, they serve the authorities, not justice. Perhaps there are defenders, but they are quickly removed. I respect the police HERE very much. They are always friendly, polite, no matter how many times I have observed their work, it is certainly a sight to behold, the Russian police do not come close.
Do I support robberies and looting - 100% - NO! Honest entrepreneurs suffer, I was the same in the Russian Federation and I am going to do my small business here.
Do I recognize the right to peaceful rallies - YES! YES! and YES! People have the right to express their disagreement with the actions of the authorities!
Most of the rallies are peaceful with dancing and slogans.
Do marginal individuals and communities use these protests - YES! Of course, what did you think. Looters, criminal elements, real criminal illegals, various destructive groups are right there.
And of course, you can take different pictures. You need to look at what is happening in general. If you are shown only pictures, focusing only on one side, then this is propaganda. I want to show you the other side of the protest, peaceful protest, which we have the right to according to the California Constitution, and the First Amendment to the US Constitution, which protects our right to free speech.
