I am often reproached for writing only laudatory odes to America, perhaps I am the kind of person who finds good things more often. OK, of course there are some things that I don't like and that can be categorized as "cons". From now on, I will start this column, I will analyze the disadvantages with my personal opinion and attitude towards them. But I want to emphasize that these disadvantages do not outweigh the advantages that I see here. Again, for me personally...
in short, it was an announcement...
Friends! That's what I did to myself!
I wanted a change! Since I can't change something globally, I changed my hair color. The younger one saw me and said, "Give me back my mom." That's where it hurt. The others politely remained silent, I'm already preparing for a flurry of negative comments over the weekend, when I see many of my friends ...
I don't know what kind of color it turned out to be, I should have been a gentle lilac. The master suggested diluting it with pearl, but what happened, it turned out.. But I like it myself, I wanted changes, and I got them...
So what am I leading up to? I want to bring you to the next "disadvantage" - this is the service sector. You've probably often heard that services in the United States are expensive and not as high-quality as we would like...
I had my own master in St. Petersburg, which, of course, I did not immediately find either. I still haven't found my master here. I paid $210 for a haircut, lightening and coloring. It's a good thing that I haven't had a manicure yet, I have a nut job with nails, I cut them "at the root", otherwise it would still be + $ 100. The price for a haircut can range from $ 40-80 and most importantly, it is difficult to find your own master. Women here don't have the same beauty requirements as we do. It helps that many manicure masters and hairdressers came from Ukraine, the Russian Federation and the entire former USSR.
In general, as for the service sector, everything is very expensive! This disadvantage has another side, if you provide these services, then your earnings will be good. My friend Barber, he has a long-standing and good clientele in Denver, Colorado, and has already bought a second home there. Another friend is a manicure master, who also earns very well, more than her husband, a tester. Here's another bonus for you...
God has given man freedom of choice. And no other person has the right to take it away from you. I remain free and wish you all the same, to be free!
