Oh I remember that guy. Fancy outfits, outragous promises of gains, classical scammer who milks the greedy-easy-money people, which IMO deserve to get scammed, but that is another story (inculding my greed periode and losing a lot of money).
The US Securities and Exchange Commission reports difficulties in bringing charges to accused HEX and Pulsechain founder Richard Heart. This emerges from court documents.
Richard Schueler, known in crypto circles as Richard Heart, is said to have financed an extravagant lifestyle with money from his investors. He allegedly embezzled around a billion US dollars. In August, the SEC filed a lawsuit against the founder.
Schueler is said to live in Helsinki. The Finnish Ministry of Justice was therefore commissioned to submit the complaint. However, an answer is still pending today.
As a result, the responsible court postponed the hearing of the HEX founder until January 30, 2024.
Even before his indictment, there were repeated allegations that Schueler's crypto projects HEX and Pulsechains were scams. He denied this until the end.
Imagine - even Metamask and UniSwap removed his token, LOL, that says a lot.
