This is a continuation of the In The Flow Mini-Series on this Mindful Monday...where I share what lessons I have learned (or am still learning) in my awakening process...
We all have our own version of "awakening" & self awareness that we didn't start off with in life...we all have different seasons where we learn important lessons & experience amazing things...
As I talked about some of these aspects, it made me realize how far I have come & how far I have to go....

So, as I turned the camera on, I was in a flow state (or in other words, in an optimal state of consciousness; where creativity & clarity come from). Even though I do touch on several concepts, they all have a common thread - self empowerment & how to start on the path to achieve it...
The original recording was too long for one video so "In The Flow" mini-series was born....my hope for you is that you will receive the messages you are meant to receive & can continue to empower yourself as you go forward in your journey...
