I made up a little lore to go with this one.

Deep within the caverns under the rotting city of the Toad Lords lies a mystical nexus where a practitioner of sufficient power might be able to contact or even enter distant lands and dimensions. But the way is perilous, for the caverns are full of whispers and and arcane energies that drive almost all who enter into madness.
