Here is a Grand Canyon Sunset taken on August 9th, 2020. It was an interesting trip there. We trusted Google Maps and it took us straight to the Grand Canyon Village, which was absolutely useless because it’s basically nothing but private roads and homes with nothing open and, no view. This was just one stop on our drive from Pennsylvania to Arizona and back again.
Once we figured out where to go, we ended up with just about 15 minutes before the sun started to set. There were maybe around 100 people sitting on the rocks with their family, waiting for the opportunity to view the canyon colors change as the sun slowly sets behind the mountains.
If you ever get a chance to visit this amazing place, be sure to time it right and be there to see the sun go down.
