Hi everyone,
Because of the holidays and a busy schedule, I forgot to record my plant-eating activities for 2 weeks but I’m starting again. With new years eve and new year's in this week, the eating patterns were not as normal weeks. I ate a lot of vegetables though. The amount of fruit was pretty disappointing, more unhealthy snacks as normal this week but from now on it will be better as the holidays are over. Another irregularity this week was a nice Thai nut mix with coriander giving me some plants I normally don’t eat. I have to start eating other things than potatoes and bread hahaha. These two take up the majority of my food habits. Maybe next week I have to buy myself some quinoa or couscous or something to change things up.

- Snack: black olives, green beans, coffee, strawberry
Saturday: 4

- Lunch: strawberry, cacao (chocolate), wheat (bread)
- Dinner: lettuce, bell pepper, asparagus-pea sprouts, leek shoots, carrot, potato, samphire, green beans, soybean sprouts, onion, white rice
- Snack: coffee, peanut, green peas, strawberry, tea, tangerine, lychee, grapes
Sunday: 3

- Lunch: wheat (bread), mustard seeds, leek shoots
- Dinner: potato, soybean sprouts, samphire, onion, shiitake
- Snack: grapes, lemon, peanut, chili pepper, black olives, coffee, banana, tangerine, apple, green peas
Total Plant Count: 43
In total, the plant count definitely passed the minimum 30 different species I have to eat but I still not have passed the 50 different plant species. Hopefully next week I won't forget to eat more plants.
