Hi, I'm back
Trying to be more consistent in online writing.
First, what did I eat today?
Breakfast: banana, a glass of water
lunch: coffee, white bread, tomato stew (tomatoes, onion, sage, garlic, bacon), butter biscuit
dinner: fish stew (salmon, cod, cream, carrot, garlic), small hot dog, coffee
snacks: passion fruit (2)
Besides that, I watched a movie again. this time a Netflix movie called 'close' from 2019, a decent film. Also, met up with some friends, went to a second-hand store and got ice cream with my family. Good relaxing day but still felt that I did something. Also went for a very short walk in the morning and a longer walk with the dog in the evening to get the number of steps up. Now I will do some reading before bed. Tomorrow again a relaxing weekend day but try to get some personal progress going.
