Today was a great day for the portfolio! My REITs, which got dividend increases yesterday, did really well! Worthy and Bumped weren't stagnant either!

M1 Finance

Here we can see $GAIN is up 2.22%! It just seems that this holding won't stick going up! $O is up 1.36% for the day, as well. I know some people are saying to be wary of my over inflated REITs, but I'm just an optimist. I like the passive income more than the capital appreciation.

Worthy Bonds

Another bond fell into the account today. That puts us to 231 bonds. This also means now we get 32¢ each day in interest. By my calculations, I should have another $10 from interest collected into the account. This $10 is then automatically invested into another bond instantly. You don't even have to worry about the bond settling, it falls in the same day the $10 threshold is hit!

Bumped

We went to Target on Monday and had to pick up some household items as well as medication. I love getting my stock back rewards AND my 2% cash back in credit card rewards. Double dipping all day! Plus, Target had a major pull back today so I got in at a great price! I cannot complain!
