Realty Income had a good earnings report today. Helped give the stock another boost. A lot of people say this stock is over valued right now but I don't see it going down anytime soon. Also, $KO had a 1¢ dividend raise today. All about that dividend growth!

Worthy Bonds

Sadly there is nothing new and exciting with this account. I should have another bond fall in tomorrow though, if not two!

Bumped 

I love when the large Kroger purchase goes through. Over a 1$ worth! I can't wait until we get to 3 full shares of Kroger. That's going to start being a juicy dividend. 

Tezos (XTZ)

I was able to send the rest of my Coinbase Tezos over to ZenGo. So now everything is baking and earning rewards in that same wallet, all for 5.98%.

We've now earned over $1 in interest on the crypto! Hopefully some day even this account will be getting $10 a month just like Worthy! 🤑
