HSA Contributions - Thursday - 1.232020

Yes, as always these HSA and 401(k) posts are delayed. I get the statements a few days late.

Hopefully this doesn't confuse people and make them think I am a time wizard. But for my own purposes, it can be frustrating to have to wait a few days to see where my investment account is sitting.

This week we had $100.19 invested into the portfolio. This is because we had to build up a little more on the cash side and then any leftover was used to invest.

Let's take a look down below to see how exactly this money was split up.

  • $VTSAX purchased .525 shares for a total cost of $43.08, brining my total to 13.139 shares.
  • $VBTLX purchased 2.064 shares for a total cost of $23.04, bringing my total to 48.137 shares.
  • $VSMAX purchased .112 shares for a total cost of $9.02, bringing my total to 2.673 shares
  • $VIMAX purchased .040 shares for a total cost of $9.02, bringing my total to 1.056 shares.
  • $VTMGX purchased 1.126 shares for a total cost of $16.03, bringing my total to 27.368 shares

Last time I posted my HSA the screen capture was awful so I decided to take time and break it down myself. Sometime visuals aren't always better. The well formatted text can be pleasing to the eye.

As always, let me know your thoughts below, thanks!
