What's Your Not-so-Ultimate Dreem?

What's Your Not-so-Ultimate Dreem?

"DREEM it until you turn it into a REALITY",
this has always been my mantra in life, and seeing it in the perspective of optimism,
things were in my favor in the end.

I have been pondering on what to share with you today guys and I came up with my "not-so-ultimate"dreem (with double "ee") for a sole reason of an experience back in Doha wherein I never thought that the things

I usually don't dreem too much turned out to be the things that made me see what my reality in life is.

As I was so fond of Disney movies, you know the likes of Little Mermaid,Tinkerbell and the Japanese manga series "Time Quest" wherein the common ground of living in a castle was my ultimate dreem but not meeting my prince charming haha!

There mere thought of a castle- medieval time was kinda romantic for me.

But of course, reality check, it was just a "dreem" and yet I hold unto it. Convinced myself that "ONE DAY" it will turn into a reality. And my life mentor told me as well "Whatever is your dreem, HOLD unto it! repeatedly play it on your subconscious mind and see for yourself how far you can reach your life's dreem.

Yet the irony of things, it was my not-so ultimate dreem to marry at all. I was so focused on being alone and vowed for single blessedness. I literally joined a religious organization founded by an Italian named Chiara Lubich called Focolare Movement and I thought I would be single FOREVER.

The time I spent with the other youth in the Focolare, living a life of chastity and simplicity was a different ordeal. It was surreal actually. However, with its turn of events, the path I had taken led me to the Middle East where God's purpose for my life was way much better.

Perhaps HE used my boredom to check on that dating site a friend signed up for me and the rest was history.

It was an unexpected meeting with my ex-boyfriend now my hubby back at Friday's restaurant near Villagio, Doha as I was just curious about him apart from being so persistent.

So for single ladies out there, one key factor to know whether the guy is  really so into you is, PERSISTENCE! Whenever he is calling you from time to time checking how you are,  to the point that you will be annoyed with his repetitive "how are you today" inquiry is a sign haha!

Ideally, meeting my hubby was out of curiosity, yet God's intervention was crystal clear that He's preparing me for something greater. Morever, discernment played a pivotal role when I decided to say yes to him and settled here in Seychelles in the end. Fast forward we have our 20 months old Sage Alexander and from that meeting alone, I have realized that my not-so ultimate dreem turned to be my life's enjoyment.

What about you guys, how did you deal with your not-so Ultimate Dreem?

Was there a realization in the end?

What were the things you were dreeming before which turned out to be the other way around?

This is a self-discernment post whether you continue to listen even to your not-so ultimate dreem yet you found out that with life's turned of events, it played a huge role of your existence.

Back when my ex-boyfriend (now my hubby) and I were still dating in Doha, since I don’t know my way to that hotel where we supposed to meet for the first time (actually it was recommended by a friend) so I asked her to accompany me instead. She has been living in the Middle East for two years so she knew her way around the area. True enough, (my hubby) at that time arrived too early and like I mentioned from my previous post, I was not really so into him so I was thinking of matchmaking the two.
