RollerCoin, the browser game where you simulate mining crypto currencies while actually getting crypto currencies. It is a bit meta I know, but I like it.
This will probably be a bit shorter post. Compared to my normal post about the games in RollerCoin, my other post which you can find in my blog here by the way. Today we will take a look at the game Coin-Match. A simple three game match you say. Yes. The game however has a slight difference compared to most other match three games you might have played. And if you have not played this type of game before. This next section is for you, if you already know how to play a match three game feel free to skip the next section:
In this type of game you are faced with a screen full of symbols or tokens connected to the game. In RollerCoins case it is crypto coins. Next you can click on any of the coins on your screen. After that you can click on a coin orthogonally adjacent, above and below or to the right or the left, to the first coin you clicked. This makes the two coins you clicked switch places. And if either, or both, of the coins now joins up with other coins of the same type. In a line of three or more coins. These coins are eliminated. Giving you some points. And moving you just that little bit closer to winning the game. If neither of the coins moved, complete a line of three or more coins of the same type. The move is considered illegal and the game switches the coins back. You win the game when you have removed enough coins from the game before the time runs out.

Now to the real meat of the game. If you are able to connect four coins in a line this gives you a small bonus. This will eliminate all coins in that line for you. The biggest bonus however is if you are able to eliminate five coins in a line. Then you will clear all coins of that type from the board. This will give you a huge boost in points.
Now, for what sets this game apart from most match three games. In most other games if you match up tokens, it doesn't matter if they are in both a row and a column. The game will count the total number of tokens eliminated. Giving you a bonus in accordance with that. And in most games. You actually have to eliminate tokens both in a row and a column, in order to get them. But not here in Coin-Match. If you eliminate coins that are in both a column and a row you get no additional bonus from that. Despite the number of coins.
I hope this guide has been useful to you and that you now will be able to get even more hashrate for your mining simulator. That is RollerCoin.
