Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of the biggest blockchain crypto project, has publicly defended the black life movement that is taking place around the world. Garlinghouse has publicly declared his sincere support for the black community to fight racism after the murder of a 46-year-old man in Minneapolis Square last week, May 25. The CEO went on to say that even though he couldn't feel the pain of the black community or understand what they were going through, he recognized his privilege and supported the movement.

Unless you have been living under a rock for about a week, a black man from Minneapolis named George Floyd was brutally murdered by police in Minneapolis on May 25. 

After an employee at my local store called the police to report that Floyd bought cigarettes with a counterfeit $ 20 bill, the police came and quickly put George on the ground and under three policemen. In the eight-minute video that surfaced online shortly after the incident, you can see Floyd breathless before being killed. 

As a white man from the UK, I understand my privilege and stand by the members of the black life movement. This is an important time in history and it is good to see people in the crypto industry, as well as around the world, supporting this movement and resisting racism.
