- Bitcoin crossed the $30,000 mark. Russia becomes the second largest Bitcoin miner in the world. The United States remains by far the largest miner.

- ETH goes back above $2000 for the first time since August 2022. Shapella update was successfully activated on the Ethereum network, users were able to withdraw their ETH from staking.

- The vice-president of the Swiss National Bank declares that Bitcoin is a “very interesting concept”.

- Paolo Ardoino, CTO of Tether (USDT), says the company's earnings topped $700 million in the first quarter.

- The TUSD stablecoin was launched on BNB Chain as a native token.

- Twitter will allow its users to trade cryptocurrencies through the broker eToro.

- Bank of America said in a report that the tokenization of commodities, currencies, and stocks is a “key driver of digital asset adoption.”

- In Hong Kong, cryptocurrencies can be withdrawn in several currencies from ATMs.
