collar, digging up
pyramids in a
windstorm,
in search of treasure,
and of marrow,

Stops when she sees me,
raises her hind leg
in the form of a
salute,

And with a stream of oblations
both golden,
and narrow,

Proceeds to honor the imaginary
despot standing next to
me, no ordinary
Pharaoh
