I have decided that Andrés Manuel López Obrador, the president of Mexico commonly known as AMLO, is also the president of ASMR.  The dude is seriously relaxed.

Beyond merely speaking slowly, he adds a lot of space in between his slow words.  Add to that a chill vocal timbre, and the Spanish-language effect complete with rolled R's, and you have world-leadership-grade ASMR.

I don't know anything about the guy.  He got out of his SUV to walk over to El Chapo's mom and say hello.  She seemed pleased to meet him.  You can make of that what you like.

I see the word "4T" used about him, on occasion.  I have no idea what it means.  I don't know if he's "PRI" or "PAN" or independiente, or works for the Sinaloan cartel or what.  All I know is that he seems to be well-liked, probably because he's so relaxed.  Find pretty much any video of him talking, especially in an official capacity.  He is definitely "El Presidente de ASMR."
