You need to learn never to take it to heart
It is never an attack but just a mere opinion
To probably make you see what you have never seen
With relationships, you are open to opinions
Because everyone will have an opinion about your life
Learn to down the voices that contradicts who you are
Learn to tune down the voices that negates what you stand for
Be open to embrace others opinions, but you decide it
Never forget that it is never a personal attack
Maybe for some it could be a personal attack
But learn to listen to criticism and evaluate
Because even your accusers/critics are also guilty
