So, how does an artist or photographer earn Bitcoin with Steemit ?

Step 4: Use the Steem tips/votes you receive to Power up so that your Vote/Tips are worth something. 

As soon as you have some Steem Power make sure that you are liking,voting,tipping other artists. You will earn 50% of all your tips/votes/likes. With a good amount of SteemPower you can earn a lot of Steem just from Curation of other artists.
