Super (Earhart): Good Day everybody. Thank you for being here in our first AMA. Our great @Berzeck1 will be helping in the coordination of the AMA. We will divide into three different stages. The first and second I ask community to be patient and let @Berzeck1 to conduct the questions. In the third part will be the AMA open for the community.

So please tell us more about the team and their professional experience in the field
Super (Earhart): Ok then. I am Luis and I am managing the Aeronautical side. I have a PhD in aeronautics, and worked for more than 15 years in the industry. I have worked in several airline operators, CAMOs, MRO's and also have experinece in regulators.
Then, Fabio is our developer. He have more than 10 years in programming experience. Also have Blockchain developing knowledge for some years.
The we have Luis, which is also in the industry and have Blockchain knowledge.
Then Inês, which is quite proficient managing our communication.
And finally Gonçalo, that is a very good in communication and development.
This is for the moment our great team. Very good and dedicated professionals.
Berzeck (NULS): I see you have a very complete team! its a very good start, so starting Section 2.
Section 2:
Berzeck (NULS): I would like to ask. What is the value of EHT tokens? why people should purchase them?
Super (Earhart): Great Question. EHTs will be the main mean of exchange in the monetization tool. Companies will be able to buy and sell information instantly by EHT's. This will give to buyer and seller liquidity. A typically win-win situation.
Berzeck (NULS): yes, the future is undoubtedly about moving information around
what companies are your target market? and, in general, how much demand for this kind of tools is available?

Super (Earhart): Well, the project will be aiming for almost all the main branches of aviation. We are aiming to the Licences, Regulators, Operations, OEM's, CAMO's and Maintenance.
For better development, we have broken then into different blocks.
Regarding the demand...this is also a great question. Since our birth (1 month ago), we have been contacted by many companies asking for details. There is the need for a level ground where all companies exchange information.
Berzeck (NULS): wow already contacted by companies? very good sign!
Super (Earhart): Yes. I cannot going into further details, but yes.
Berzeck (NULS): last question from me: All that companies care is about reducing costs and increasing income, how does Eahart solution will manage to offer that to companies?
Super (Earhart): Another very good question. With Earhart monetization tool, is possible to sell data. For example: If I have acquired a new type of aircraft, is necessary (mandatory) to develop a maintenance plan. Currently...my only option is hiring several engineers to develop a maintenance plan. With Earhart, I dont need to hire a big office of engineers, I only need to acquire from the monetization tool a maintenance plan from another company that already operates a simmilar aircraft. This will give money to the seller, and help the buyer also to save money. A win-win situation.
Of course the regulations need to be followed and still need to be approved by the authorities (the maintenance plan) but we have increased speed in the making of the maintenance plan and in the approval for the authorities. And since it will take less time...the aircraft can fly sooner, also giving money to the operator.
Berzeck (NULS): great answer! yes having the chance for other companies to make money with the tool is definitely the way to go
Super (Earhart): By other words....My aeronautical engineer friends will curse me.
Berzeck (NULS): OK, i think we are ready for section 3.
Section 3:
taco Stains: Is blockchain the future of flight data recording?
Super (Earhart): Not for the moment. A flight data recorder is a physical devise. We cannot replace that physical devise.
Sohil Dosani: What makes $EHT to decide partnerships with $NULS? What are the benefits are you expecting for traders with $NULS partnership?
Super (Earhart): NULS is a great project and have very dedicated persons. There are no other place were we want to be. With Earhart adoption, NULS addoption also increase.
Manuel: what are the plans for the eht token? Keep at nrc20 or migrate to another blockchain?
Super (Earhart): We dont want to be in any other place. NULS is helping a lot in our development.
taco Stains: Is it true that blockchain can reinvent routine maintenance on aircrafts
Super (Earhart): Reinvent cannot be miss intrepetated. Earhart will not create maintenance records. What Earhart will do is to record all the records that need to be keep. So, they cannot be lost, falsified, destroyed, etc. Only this feature will save millions annulay to the companies.
SL: Is there a Visual Roadmap we can see?
Super (Earhart): Roadmap was already published here. We will integrate the roadmap in our website.
Hansika: It is unfortunate that some projects remain half way because their developers abandon the concept because they cannot achieve the desired capitalization in the long term; how do you plan to make this project sustainable for its development?
Super (Earhart): Good question. Well, just to disclosure a little bit of the information, we will be applying for European community funds very soon, problably in the fisrt quarter of 2021.
Nova: Where does #EHT see theirselves by the end of the year and do you think it has the potential to rise above all the other similar projects around currently?
Super (Earhart): I will be mention 2021. We are expecting to have already a block developed and implemented. With already some adoption by the industry.
rektoby: What is the Circulating Supply? Total Supply? Team Lockups? Is there a weekly/monthly release of Team Tokens?

Manuel: Besides Nuls pocm, do you have any investors in the project?
Super (Earhart): No. Our funds, for now are only coming from POCM. But things will change in the future. As I told, there are already many questions from the industry itself.
Giovanni Basílio: What is Earhart's expectation for 2021 regarding the development of the project?
Super (Earhart): By the end of 2021 we are planning to have our first module ready and some adoption in the industry.
Jorge: Hi everybody! We have understood the virtues of this project regarding the monetary positive impact. Can you inform/clarify if the flight safety will improve by using this new aircraft management tool?
Super (Earhart): Very good question. The answer is the Proof of Airworthiness concept that we are developing. If all requirements (by pilots, maintenance, operations, OEM, CAMOs, etc.) are follow it means that from the regulations stand point the aircraft is safe to fly.
taco Stains: how important is blockchain to the future of aircraft leasing
Super (Earhart): Very important. During Phase-In's/Outs all information is scrutinized. Nowadays are mainly used paper and dozens of people. With Earhart...will take a few hours a couple of persons.
nyo_cant: The aeronautical and aviation industries have quite stringent regulations in place so everything should be under control… or not? What are the main gaps on airworthiness and traceability of aeronautical data right now? And how Earhart intends to fill them? PS – I love flying, please don't scare me that much... :)
Super (Earhart): Before release of the project in POCM we already have did the homework. We already have conducted several meetings with regulators. We already have the green light from FAA and EASA.
Jonathan Galindo: what makes Earhart a project that is unique and different from the others? and Why did you choose the NULS Network as the Blockchain transaction network for your project?
Super (Earhart): From my knowledge, there is no other Aviation project that is really focused in solving the root problems. We choose NULS because of its platform and team. They are both very good.
Giovanni Basílio: What does Earhart expect from integration with Brazilian aviation?
Super (Earhart): Embraer is only of our targets, I have very good relations with then 😊. But we are aiming for the world.
SL: Are you currently talking with any CEX?
Super (Earhart): Only in the future. First we will be in NDEX.
taco Stains: How does block chain improve aircraft safety and regulations?
Super (Earhart): Regulations will not change. Basically the basic will be programmed in the blockchain. Safety because of the proof of Airworthiness concept.
Giovanni Basílio: Does Earhart see an adhesion in the military aviation part as well?
Super (Earhart): There is no problem if they want to join. But development is ainmed for the Commercial industry.
Manuel: as we have already seen in some projects, the community is a bit impatient when it comes to the dissemination of news. Do you have any type of marketing / communication disclosure?
Super (Earhart): Now we are focused in the development. We have gave important steps into it. Community will be always informed about it.
Sohil Dosani: Do you have ambassadors program going on? If yes please tell me the requirements i want to join.
Super (Earhart): We dind't think about that. But is a very good proposal. We will look closely when first module is out.
Sushant: What plans has Earhart made to educate the community which would in turn raise awareness, adoption and make more people understand about Earhart easily?
Super (Earhart): In the beginnings we made some very good posts about this subject. We will look into it and share it again. But our white paper is also a very good source of informations.
nyo_cant: Finance is really important, of course. However, lives are way more important. Thinking of some recent air crashes due to poor aircraft maintenance... do you think that Earhart can actually save lives?
Super (Earhart): Yes. With the Proof of Airworthiness concept all intervenients will be allerted about missing maintenances on aircrafts.
Schappo: Does the Earhart team foresee applications of EHT for the airline's final customers? As an example, I used to avoid flights where the plane used has crash historic (i.e. 737 Max). In the same sense, I would find really important to be allowed to track if maintenance and pilot's private is "done right". So I would like to know, if there is any possibility of using EHT solution to bring more information/benefits for passengers to access or research.
Super (Earhart): Very good question. Airlines, if they opt too, can disclosure the Proof of Airworthiness status. Public, and not only in aviation, are asking for the TrIn concept (Transparent Industry). So, if airlines opt to share, a passenger can see if the airplane he is about to fly have acquired the Proof of Airworthiness status.
Sohil Dosani: 1º There are many project who runs after pre selling of tokens so how can you ensure about my fund safety? 2º For each platform, the factors that attract more users are: low transaction fees, high levels of security, and ease of operation. Can #EHT ensure these requirements for users?
Super (Earhart): 1º Our plan is to change aviation industry. We are not going anywhere soon. 2º Yes. We will be running in NULS. So answer is yes to all these questions.
Berzeck (NULS): keep in mind Sohil Dosani that you can invest in EHT without risking your money with POCM platform!
Giovanni Basílio: 1º Since they are pioneers in this area, they know they can be copied. What to expect from new projects launched at Earhart? 2º A strategy is already in place to combat competition if this occurs.
Super (Earhart): 1º The know-how is very important here. From EASA , the european aviation regulator stand point, Earhart is a very good and solid project having into account the root problems of aviation. 2º We already have many competitors, but none uses blockchain. And several already contact us for partnerships. So, I believe the future is holding for merging our solution into the non-blockchain software.
Manuel: When you say all intervenients, do you mean all aircraft companies and regulators, or also passengers will be able to see that information?
Super (Earhart): Yes. If the holder of that information decided to...yes. My vision for the future is that by marketing purposes, companies decide to share in real time the Proof of Airworthiness status.
Matteo Simoni: A big slice of the economic advantage of Earhart solution for an aviation company is linked to a dramatic decrease of the necessary workforce to perform the everyday tasks that ensure safety and regulation compliance. How would you suggest to reinvent new job positions in an aircraft operator company in order to avoid a negative social impact of Earhart into the aviation industry?
Super (Earhart): Nice question. I believe We will be needing many aeronautical engineers in our side . But jobs need to reinvent thenselves and adapt to the technological advances.
Gonçalo Matias:
First of all, congratulations for the initiative.
I have a couple of questions that I would like to see answered directly and clearly.
1. We already have a lot of blockchain projects in the aviation sector being developed and with solutions ready to use (for example Aeron and Lufthansa). What are the main advantages of your project when compared with the other?
2. You say a lot of times that you have the green light from the FAA and EASA for your project. What do you mean with that? More, the community needs evidence on this.
3. You say that you already have contacts from airlines. Do you have airlines helping to develop the project? Again, the community needs evidence on this.
4. Are you planning to publish a light paper to be easier to read and understand the project?
5. What is the communication plan for the project?
Finally, a suggestion. Keep regular AMA and do it with a live video.

Super (Earhart):
1. Centralized blockchain applications are solving only problems with the developers side. If Luftthansa is developing one, is solving only problems with Lufthansa. We are aiming to be open to all. Not only the ones who can afford to develop one in house. Again...is solving Lufthansa not the industry problems.
2. We have conducted several video meetings with EASA and FAA. The green light I mention is that our project complies with all the regulators requirements.
3. Yes. We were contacted but they are not helping in the development. This is our job. They just tell us the requirements and then will test it.
4. We can think in that yes. Thank for your suggestion.
5. Tomorrow I will be in a live. I will give the details in the end of the AMA.
