Coming up in just two days will be the FINAL presale for The Sandbox (which somewhat confusingly is actually titled, Presale 4, Round 3), the blockchain-based game creator. But whatever you want to call it, after this, land prices for any future sales will be 10% more expensive.

To be honest, I'm somewhat surprised at the continued demand for Sandbox plots. I thought that after a time there would be some market saturation. But each release continues to sell out within a few hours, and 3rd party markets for strategically located plots continues to thrive (though as to whether or not map location plays any sort of factor into anything remains to be seen).

For this last pre-sale, plots can only be acquired with SAND, which can be purchased on Uniswap and a number of exchanges. These sale also comes with a special partner, The Smurfs. Usually this means that when you purchase a Premium land (for extra cost of course), you'll receive a special edition Smurf NFT along with whatever other premium assets they decide to give out. Hopefully we'll get some more details on that soon.

The sale kicks off at November 12th at 1PM GMT. And I expect that you'll want to be there on time if you plan on making a purchase. The sale will be on the Sandbox site
