One Reggae singer, Lucky Dube, once sang that Africans, Europeans, Asians, Yellowman should come together as one. He was advocating for unity. Maybe the goal here is music. But Decentralised Technology and DeFi needs unity whose soul goal is cryptocurrency.
There are people out there weeping for unity. These people are crypto enthusiast and need like minded people to associate with.
The Idea
The idea revolves around pooling resources together. Whales may have too much cryptocurrency to care about unity. Yet no man is an island. Nobody can live sorely alone like a self contained room. We need others. Even if not to lift us, but to lift them.
Happiness is a two way traffic. Make a person happy and you gain happiness at the same time. It is like the Publish0x tip:when you give it, you receive part of the tip. So this cooperative is about pooling resources together.
The purpose is to make small scale investors to invest big to earn much profit. If the 500,000 members of Publish0x happened to beembers and give $10 in a month. That will amount to $5,000,000 in a month. Supposing we give 2,000 members $1000 each to invest and save the rest. Our savings will be $3,000,000. If the 2000 members pay $100 each after a month, we will receive $200,000 and the members still contribute $10 to make $5,000,000+$3,000,000+$200,000 which is a whooping $8,200,000. Now we give $1,000 to 5,000 making $5,000,000 saving $3,200,000.
At the end of the third month, 7000 people paying $100 equals to $700,000 and the $10 will bring in $5,000,000 plus $3,200,000 will make $8,900,000. Now we give $1,000 to 8000 making $8,000,000 with saving of $900,000.
During the fourth month
- We get $5,000,000 from monthly contribution of $10
- 15,000 people giving $100 of money given out will make $1,500,000
- Plus savings $900,000
- TOTAL $7,400,000
We give 5000 people $1000 each making $5,000,000 saving $2,400,000. Now over 20,000 members have been lifted. If we were investing the balances then the pool will be increasing and we won't know within the shortest time we would have rounded all the 500,000 Members and our pool will have grown. We are not giving out free money but lemding to be repaid at $100 per month for ten months. We can charge a fee on the loaned money.
