AI still raises a lot of controversy between opponents and supporters, because it has begun to sweep more free professions that depend primarily on science, talent and creativity.
As mental health problems are becoming increasingly prevalent in today's society, and many individuals suffer from depression, anxiety, and other mental health problems, a new approach to supporting mental health has emerged, leveraging chatbots powered by GPT-4 technology, or Generative Transformer 4,which is a natural language processing algorithm developed by OpenAI. This technology can generate text and respond to user input in natural language, allowing it to be used in chat applications. In the light of this, researchers are leveraging GPT-4 technology to create chatbots that can provide mental health support to users. These chatbots are designed to provide comfort and understanding to those struggling with mental health issues, and to provide support and guidance to help them through difficult times.
It is logical that we do not imagine robots capable of love and consolation. Inevitably, a robot cannot become more humane and compassionate than humans, but the results of tests come to prove the opposite.
According to a study set in California, a test was conducted between the responses of doctors and those of the Chat GPT. Interestingly, doctors had an average empathy score of 2.33 and rated the doctor's response as 3.33 for quality, while good or very good responses were 3.6 times higher for the Chatbot and affective responses were 9.8 times higher than the doctors.

Although the tests were in favor of technology, I think that we should not take it for granted , especially since the test was limited to a small number of doctors, and we should not as well, forget that humans are exposed to daily constraints and compulsions that affect their moods and nerves , so they cannot maintain the same placidity and phlegm throughout the day with all the patients. Humans are made of flesh and blood, get tired, angry, revolt and forget, their feelings are fluctuating, unlike the robots, as they are just machines, emotionless that has been stuffed with teachings, techniques and words which are repeated according to each patient’s condition. So it cannot be said that AI is more empathetic or more humane than human beings.

It is highly unlikely that future technology will be able to outperform the average general practitioner when it comes to diagnosing patients.
Most doctors stated that artificial intelligence can never replace them , but this is a skill that does not require special medical experience, but there remains the possibility of integrating the skill of doctors and harnessing the power of artificial intelligence, as a positive step that may eventually improve the provision of quality care to all patients.
On the other hand, we can't deny, the incidents that were reported through media, caused by the artificial intelligence discussed previously in the link below.
Furthermore, there is a report by investment bank Goldman Sachs which predicts that artificial intelligence could replace 300 million full-time jobs in the near future. According to the report, AI technologies will account for a quarter of jobs in the US and Europe, though it has an advantage of creating new jobs and increased productivity, compared to humans.
Indeed, a robot can replace a person in approximately all fields, although it facilitates human life and saves time and effort spent in performing some tasks, and reduces wasted time so that one can perform other more important tasks; However, a robot cannot become smarter or humane than a human or perform all its actions, because, the truth that must not be neglected is that humans are the smarter who created those robots at the end.

Despite widespread automation and digitization, certain tasks will always require humans, and new research shows that robots and A.I could lead to more jobs and higher wages to 50% or more, yet, it would never replace humans, for the latter are their creator and much brilliant to be substituted easily .

Perhaps in the coming years, artificial intelligence will replace the human factor in all fields in the long terms , causing more unemployment, lower wages, poverty, and other side effects , but the human mind remains more powerful because it is capable of thinking, analyzing, and decision-making plus emotions and senses . He has the right to defend the value of his existence by eliminating artificial intelligence if it will destroy his life and the lives of future generations, and this, in my simple opinion, is the best that can be done. Man lived without this technology before and was happy with that, and the lack of this technology can solve many problems that have become exacerbated since the endless progress of AI . This point of view may seem reactionary to some, but it is better than becoming slaves and victims of robots or any kind of artificial intelligence.
Recently, even Geoffrey Hinton, the godfather of artificial intelligence, quitted his job at Google denouncing, publicly, the dangers of the technology. He stated that advances in this field entails serious risks to society and humanity.
