When a person lies, it seems immoral, so we often look for reasons why that person lies, we consider the living conditions he grew up in or the rotten environment to which he belongs , but it became weird, when we see that artificial intelligence is also capable of performing immoral acts like lying, defamation, etc...
The media has reported that a group of people have been harmed by artificial intelligence platforms. There are many examples that reveal the confusion which occurs in many questions, and the matter may reach the point of fabricating lies, then completing the details of the incident with false citations, as it has the ability to push the person to end his life.

In fact, a Belgian young man committed suicide after he interacted with Eliza, the name that was given to CHATBot, the young man was interested in environmental and climate issues. He tried to search for answers to questions that were bothering him about the impact of human activity on climate change. Eliza confirmed to him the inevitability of his fears about upcoming environmental disasters.According to his wife, the man became addicted to daily conversations with "Elisa", and completely isolated from his family and friends, weeks later, he committed a suicide.

Besides, according to Reuters, Brian Hood, who was elected mayor of Hepburnshire, became concerned about his reputation when he learned that ChatGPT had falsely described him as guilty in a bribery scandal while working for a subsidiary of National Australia Bank. The Australian Mayor is considered the world's first libel suit over Chatbot content.

Additionally, A law professor has been taken aback by allegations related to a sexual harassment scandal created by controversial Chat GPT.
Jonathan Turley, the subject of defamation , expressed about the incident, that It was a frightening and harmful allegation.
These are just some of the crimes and fabricated lies from ChatGPT , as we say, it is only the tip of the iceberg.
There may be many advantages to AI, but this creativity can also be a driver of false claims, and models can be astonishingly skewed, to the extent that they fabricate primary sources to support their claims just as humans do.

Those facts sparked a debate about the need to protect users from artificial intelligence, and the need to work to raise the level of awareness of individuals when using these technologies. OpenAI claims that ChatGPT can generate malicious and biased responses, and hopes to mitigate the issues by reviewing user feedbacks.

Since AI programs are largely unregulated and controlled like Chat GBT, Microsoft Bing, and Google Bard, their tendency to generate potentially harmful lies, raises concerns about the spread of disinformation, and opens the door to new questions about who is responsible when chatbots mislead people.
Al has warned that users should handle this technology with caution, as it tends to hallucinate, in other words, make things up to the point that it may provide false medical information about cancer, for example, which could have catastrophic effects.
There is great fear about the speed of development of artificial intelligence and its superiority over humans, fear of the ability to give people absolute confidence in the artificial intelligence system that they can not control enough . Artificial intelligence has been shown to be so capable of mimicking human styles that it can be difficult to tell whether a particular novel, short story, or piece of music was composed by a human or by an AI. Moreover , the application ChatGPT has amazed many people with its ability to effectively engage them in complex conversations on a variety of topics, as if really someone was talking to them.

However, according to the reported incidents related to ChatGPT, there is an impression that the artificial intelligence is no longer works as a search engine that connects all the data and information on the Internet, in other words, it is mutating at an alarming rate representing a potential danger on humanity, because once computer program masters simulating human thinking and behaviour, there are fears, at some point, that it will think independently like a real human being. The question that arises is : Does ChatGPT know he is just a robot?!!!
