It happens and it's like how?

There is a decentralized Central Bank.

This is jargon without rank.

Is it a sort of prank?

Or fun so to dank?

Central Bank was for fiat.

We negated this so flat.

We needed no control.

Blockchain was all to enrol.

Things central run not in our blood.
