The recent NETFLIX movie release titled: LEAVE THE WORLD BEHIND speaks loudly to the several media pronouncements warning to the ills Cyber-attacks to critical life-supporting infrastructures, hospitals, financial markets, etc., would impose on are heavily connected existence.
In typical fashion for this genre of movie; the drama, mystery and suspense could instill by its tag-line: "A family's getaway to a luxurious rental home takes an ominous turn when a cyberattack knocks out their devices — and two strangers appear at their door.",; what makes this particular movie script questionably different is not the story-script, but how the movie itself might have come to be, but let the following set the tone:
"Leave the World Behind is a 2023 American apocalyptic psychological thriller film produced, written and directed by Sam Esmail. It is based on the 2020 novel of the same name by Rumaan Alam. The film stars Julia Roberts, Mahershala Ali, Ethan Hawke, Myha'la, and Kevin Bacon as they attempt to make sense of the gradual breakdown in phones, television, and other regularly used technology which points to a potential cataclysm." Unquestionably the movie's Star-caliber casting is impressive; the "apocalyptic physiological thriller" genre well within the scope of their repertoire movie roles played.
The cinematography, editing, production values are typical of a NETFLIX release. Often times to build intrigue and suspense, unusual camera angles, and seamless flow from one scene to the next is amazing: kudos to the production team. And the requisite emotion stimulating soundtrack, music score synonymous with suspense thrillers doing its magic.
But prior to all of this unfolding, yet to be experienced is observed at the 4:26min mark of the movie, and will make what is played toward the ending both surprising and consciousness raising: [NETFLIX: LEAVE THE WORLD BEHIND]

This thought came immediately to mind, and seemingly not alone in such thought being provoked.
PBD Podcast, a YouTube Channel known for exploring and questioning the contemporaneous events; in Episode 338 - "Patrick Bet-David, Adam Sosnick, Tom Ellsworth, and Vincent Oshana discuss President Obama's new film "Leave The World Behind" that predicts a cyber attack in the United States."
So, is this a whole lot about NOTHING, or as brought to attention and elaborated upon in the Podcast, prior real-world -class events mysteriously being portrayed/pronounced by way of the entertainment medium as often alluded to in The Simpsons. The hypothesized premise being: `the THEY of the Cabal instigate these manifestations upon the world, and to appease their Karma inducing actions, utilize the entertainment medium as vehicle to `forewarn' the broader public to their intentions."
A good example to illustrate such by the Podcast deals with the 9-11 World Trade Center event and ensuing conspiracy. Reference is made to the former X-Files sci-fi series, short-lived spin-off titled The Lone Gunman: "The Lone Gunmen are a trio of fictional characters, Richard "Ringo" Langly, Melvin Frohike and John Fitzgerald Byers, who appeared in recurring roles on the American television series" [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Lone_Gunmen]. In the end, it behooves a viewing of LEAVE THE WORLD BEHIND to draw your own conspiratorial conclusions, but lends some truth to the cliché: "the writing is on the wall"; but viewed with "eyes wide shut! [eyeswideshut.warnerbros.com].
