Spilamberto is a small town located about 18 km south of the city of Modena.

We can say it is the center of the area where the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced. if you are a starred chef or a high-level gourmet it is a must. Here's in Spilamberto there also is a museum dedicated to the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena where is possible to pick an idea on how it is produced. (A good balsamic vinegar needs at least 25 years to be ready) 

A tower (called "Il Torrione") introduces the old town by passing an arched door.

In the old town, the streets are paved with rocks or pebbles.

Obviously, the arcades cannot be missing in the old center of the town. (On the left, a street paved with pebbles).
