Castelnuovo Rangone is a small town around 15 Km from Modena. The meaning of its name is very simple as Castelnuovo can be translated as Newcastle, while Rangone comes from the name of the noble family (Rangoni) whose components were the lords of the fortified city.
As showed by the maps, a great part of the interesting things to do are concentrated in the center of town as the main square with the church, some old palaces ...
