I have written about ancient fruits a friend gifted to us.

I finished the post with a "to be continued" as I stated that the fruits would have become jam.

First, it was necessary to peel the fruit and cut them into small pieces.

then to put the all in a pot with the sugar

and cook.

When it reached the right consistency we put the jam in the jars to be boiled at least twenty minutes to assure good sterilization.

Considering the cauldron was very big we had to wait almost half an hour, so we had time to think about dinner and made an experiment.

It was an experiment: to use a puff pastry as a base for a "blowing" pizza.
