Today, we're sharing another non-alcoholic beer with spaghetti served with pesto sauce. At first glance, it might seem like a light dish, but contrary to appearances, it's actually quite high in calories and filling.

To make pesto sauce, we need a large bunch of basil, about 50 grams of pine nuts, about 1/3 cup of good extra virgin olive oil, a piece of Parmesan cheese, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper.

Preparation is quite simple. Place all ingredients in a mortar and pestle and grind until thick. If you don't have a mortar, you can use a blender. Add some good spaghetti and the dish is ready. A delicious flavor is guaranteed.

When it comes to beer, the Žatec Brewery is known for its classic beers. This time, it's a non-alcoholic version. Considering other non-alcoholic beer producers, this non-alcoholic beer from this brewery holds its own.

The beer has a beautiful tea color and a pleasant hoppy aroma. Its white head lingers for a long time, and it has a distinctive bitterness that many other non-alcoholic beers lack.

Another advantage is the price, and I know why. All non-alcoholic beers are more expensive than non-alcoholic beers. The price of beers in the store here is around 0.8 euros – very reasonable. I recommend it.

Enjoy your meal 😋😉
