Today a classic homemade pizza that I haven't made in weeks. Yes, I also like going out to a pizza restaurant, but the one made at home always tastes amazing.

The ingredients are classic, i.e. flour, yeast (I make the dough myself. Two kinds of cheese, sweet pepper, tomatoes, green and pickled cucumber, onion, olive oil, oregano, basil, mushrooms, tomato sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, hot pepper

I make dough from flour intended for pizza, add salt, spices and a little olive oil to it, add yeast mother. I knead everything by hand (although I have a mixer for this purpose). After kneading, I put it in a warm oven for about 25 minutes until the dough rises.

Then the dough is rolled out. As the sheet is rectangular, I do not play the Italian master and form the dough with a rolling pin.

Place the dough on a baking sheet previously sprinkled with flour. Then I put a layer of tomato sauce on the dough.

Then the ingredients mentioned earlier go into action. In principle, the order is arbitrary, except for cheese, which always ends up on my cake at the very end, and mushrooms, which go second to vegetables and meat.

Of course, he does not forget to sprinkle the whole thing with olive oil, and my own production, i.e. olive oil with chilli peppers, which is hellishly hot.

When the cake is covered with goodies, it lands in the oven heated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Baking time is of course dependent on how thick the dough is, but the average is 15 minutes.

I don't use any other toppings and ketchup would be an insult to my creation.
