Preparation of dill sauce

We prepare the sauce on the basis of butter, flour and water, it can be a meat stock or a stock cube. Rub the butter with flour in a 1: 1 ratio in a frying pan, until a thick mass to get rid of lumps, in the meantime, slowly add the liquid in the form of water or a decoction until a low density.

Add finely chopped dill to the resulting dill and mix it until you get a sauce of sufficiently thick consistency to pour the dish. Season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, peel the new potatoes and boil them in salted water.

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them from the shell, and cut them into halves.

Remove the green beans from the tips and stringy threads that run along the pods of the beans. Put them in salted water and cook. The beans should not be overcooked, they should offer a slight resistance and be crispy.

Way of giving

Put the eggs in half on the plate, the potatoes are not crushed only whole and pour the sauce over them. Additionally, add green beans to the plate. If necessary, pour the remaining sauce into a sauceboat and put it on the table, put the excess beans on a plate and serve it on the table.
