Today I'm working on a Lithuanian beer called "Tauras," which simply means bull. It's a non-alcoholic beer, but still a beer. This Vilnius brewery was founded in 1860 and has many good beers in its arsenal.

With my beer, I enjoyed a dish that has different names in different regions of the world but is made similarly: cabbage rolls in tomato sauce.

In some regions, ground meat mixed with rice is stuffed into cabbage, Chinese cabbage, and in others, the meat is also wrapped in young vine leaves. But wherever I've tried this dish, I've always enjoyed it.

Of course, it cannot be done without tomato sauce, with plenty of garlic and basil, which gives this dish its specificity and color.

As for Tauras beer, as is often the case with non-alcoholic beers, I didn't expect a spectacular experience, but it fared quite well compared to the competition.

Let me just say that I definitely liked non-alcoholic Tauras better than non-alcoholic Budweiser.

Powiem tylko tyle, że zdecydowanie bardziej mi smakował bezalkoholowy Tauras niż bezalkoholowy Budweiser.

The beer has a thick but quickly dissipating white head. It has a pleasant hoppy aroma and—unexpectedly—a very noticeable bitterness.

In my subjective opinion, this beer is worth recommending. I'd rate it 7th out of 10 for non-alcoholic beers. I highly recommend giving it a try.
