Korean Street Food by Nongshim with its own modification

a00.jpg

Today's dish is a bit unusual, but it turned out to be very tasty. I got the recipe from my daughter and I'm pleasantly surprised. Although I'm not a fan of instant food, I really enjoyed this dish, or rather, a mix of two dishes, probably due to the exotic spices used. Original Korean soups from Nongshim, a company in Seoul, were blended together and modified with the addition of pork, butter, and white sesame seeds.

Ingredients

The main ingredient is a set of two Korean soups, which include unusual spices, noodles, completely different from the ones we know from Chinese soups bought in Poland, and pork, which is our idea for this dish.

The magic is in these spices—seaweed, shrimp, cuttlefish, fish, soybeans, mussels, crab, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic. Soybean paste, corn flour, palm oil, wheat, caramel powder, cabbage, fried potatoes, fresh butter, and white sesame seeds.

Preparing the dish

Cut the pork into strips and fry in oil. Once lightly browned, add the powdered ingredients. The first spice is caramelized powdered sugar and fry for a further minute.

Cook the pasta in lightly salted water with spices, including seaweed, shrimp, cuttlefish, fish, soy, mussels, crab, sugar, salt, black pepper, and garlic.

Add the cooked noodles and soy paste to the fried meat, then pour in the pasta cooking water.

Proposal for application

Sprinkle the whole thing with white sesame seeds and it's ready. I think it turned out brilliantly, and if I hadn't prepared it myself, I would never have suspected it was a dish from a packet. I treated myself to a cold beer with this dish.
