
Ingredients
A few chicken thighs (sticks), a pack of ready-made spice "Juicy chicken in aromatic herbs", canned corn, tomatoes, red pepper, pickled cucumber, onion, garlic, hot piri-piri pepper, salt, pepper, mayonnaise.









Preparation of juicy chicken
Thoroughly wash the chicken thighs and put them in a bag filled with spices.


Clamp the bag and mix everything thoroughly.


Then place the bag with chicken in a roasting pan, cover it and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Stew for about 35-40 minutes.



Then I take the pan out of the oven and open the chicken bag and place the chicken in the pan.


The rest of the process is classic. Place the chicken in the oven in a roasting pan without a cover to make it toast, occasionally sprinkling it with the prepared herbal sauce. The chicken is ready.

Preparation of vegetable salad:
- Corn Vegetable Salad: Dice all the salad ingredients, add canned corn, salt, pepper and some hot pepper. Add a little oil and mix everything. The salad is ready.
- Chinese cabbage salad: Chop the cabbage into strips, add salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic and a large spoon of mayonnaise. Another salad is ready.


Way of giving
Serve with young boiled potatoes, sprinkled with chicken herb sauce. Two salads to choose from, if you like.
