Edible mushroom species, considered a rarity, are beginning to appear in the forests. I am talking about morels or Czech morels. But we can also meet edible species, the time of which passes and the next fruiting will take place in the autumn and winter. We are talking here, for example, about the poplar oyster mushroom.

Daily walks in the forest - walks resulted in finding many early spring mushrooms. The first of them is the undisputed king of spring, that is, the edible morel. In the next post I will give you a simple recipe for making this brilliant mushroom.

Recipe for pasta with Common morels

It is a bit like tagliatelle in cream with porcini mushrooms, but the taste is the same. It must be remembered that the edible morel, unlike the boletus, has a very short harvest time. It begins at the end of March and often ends in mid-May.

To make pasta with morels, we only need a few ingredients. Namely, a few edible cuttings, half an onion, 1/4 cube of butter, a little sweet cream, salt, pepper. Depending on your preference, noodles can be ribbons, threads, pene, rice noodles.
