Mucinous (Myxomycota, Mycetozoa) Tubifera ferruginosa. Slime molds are heterotrophic organisms, i.e. they absorb all organic compounds necessary for life from the environment, they do not produce them themselves. They feed on other fungi, bacteria and protozoa. It also has other spores and organic matter in its diet.
The mushroom does not have a separate hat or leg. It consists of cylindrical sporangia that look like fish eggs from above. Single sporangia are up to 3 mm high and about 0.5 mm in diameter. Clusters can form compact groups up to several cm in size in different ones. The shape can be round, cylindrical, or bun-shaped. The color of sporangia changes with age. In the youngest fruiting bodies, it can be orange, raspberry, and even old fruiting bodies may become brown.
