Tarzetta catinus - A mushroom with a diameter of 2 to 5 cm, in the shape of a cup, small jug, bowl, semi-transparent, mounted on a very short, central handle. Sometimes the shaft is deep in the ground and is invisible. The outer surface is light, grainy, slightly whitish hairs of cream, yellowish color, sometimes brown. The inner surface is smooth, somewhat reminiscent of bone cartilage, is cream, grayish, yellowish, slightly brown in color. In very young specimens, the edges are joined by a spider web that protects the inner spore-bearing layer.  

    The flesh is thin, waxy, brittle, whitish. No taste and smell. Notched, notched, with cracks, fleece-fibrous edge.  

    Occurrence: On the ground, on moss, in coniferous and deciduous forests, gardens, parks. It grows singly or in groups; April to November. Pretty common. Value: inedible
