The hat is smooth, curly, bell-shaped with a diameter of up to 12 mm. color coffee with milk, light brown, brown, yellowish-gray, white-gray, darkening with age. It is quite thin and delicate, translucent in older fruiting bodies, with fine hairs.  

    The gills are beige, light brown in color, they become gray with time, and then black with age, they turn gray and blacken. The gills are broadly attached and sparse, the point of the gills is smooth.  

    The leg is hollow, transmitting light, cylindrical, very brittle, without a ring.  

    The flesh is delicate, very thin, brittle. The taste and smell are mild and delicate.  

    Occurrence - phyllobes appear in spring and grow until late autumn. They grow in dense numerous groups, they can be clusters of more than several hundred individuals in one place. They can be found on rotten wood, on old trunks of dead and living trees. They create beautiful photogenic clusters there.  

    Usage - Coprinellus disseminatus contains coprine, which in combination with consumed alcohol may cause nausea, shortness of breath, feeling hot. Therefore, it is referred to as inedible. But if it is not combined with alcohol, it is suitable for consumption.
