Turmeric cauliflower

As a child I hated cauliflower. Fortunately, over the course of my life, I have changed my mind. Everything is constantly evolving. In recent years I have changed a lot, both in terms of nutrition and personal growth. I have found that learning new things improves my life. After years of stalemate and closure, I have rediscovered the beauty of curiosity, openness to new experiences and the beneficial power of action. I still want to change and I have a long way to go.

The recipe that I propose today is a very simple recipe and gives the cauliflower a very good taste. Before knowing this recipe, I simply steamed it, but this preparation definitely gives it an extra twist.

Advice

If you love brittle, cook the cauliflower directly in the oven for a few more minutes.

Ingredients

1 Cauliflower

Turmeric

Curry

pepper

Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Wash the cauliflower, cut it into small pieces and steam it for 5 minutes. Arrange the pre-cooked pieces of cauliflower on a baking dish and sprinkle them with plenty of turmeric, making sure to form a veil of turmeric on all the pieces of cauliflower, also add a sprinkling of curry and pepper. Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Pour 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil over the cauliflower pieces before serving.
