Have you ever had incredible luck?
I had it once, I worked in a photo studio, my boss won a trip to Sharm el Sheikh.
Due to work commitments he could not go and he cannot pass it on to relatives or friends.
Guess who had to sacrifice himself? Eh already me!
I left Verona with many people with my passion, photography.
Once in Sharm, I signed up for a diving course.
I spent 6 beautiful days between dives, wonderful colors, a crystal clear sea and endless laughter, the aspiring divers in the water are fun!
I have great memories of that vacation as I stepped out of my comfort zone and learned new things.
Another memory of that holiday was a dessert they made at the village restaurant.
The recipe that I propose today is a reinterpretation of that recipe, it is a dessert with avocado, cocoa and vanilla.
Advice
If you don't have dried apricots, 2 dates are fine too.
For a more homogeneous cream, blend the apricots / dates separately.
If the avocado is very large, you may need a little more honey.
Ingredients for two cups
1 avocado
1 tablespoon of almond cream
2 dried apricots
½ cod with vanilla
20 gr of bitter cocoa
2 teaspoons of honey
1 level teaspoon of agar agar
Preparation
Clean the avocado and put it in a blender with the cocoa, almond cream, honey, apricots, agar agar and pulp inside the vanilla pod.
Blend until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Pour the mixture into small glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
You choose, let's have a dip or a dessert?
