Has your mind ever fooled you?
My yes.
I only realized it now at 46.
Who knows how many times she has done it in the past and how many times she will do it again in the future.
At six months my son had no hair, I knew that, but when I looked at him I kept thinking that he was beautiful. At Christmas with relatives, the first thing a distant cousin, whom she had never seen, said, was “veh! Kojak ”(for those who are old like him I know who I am referring to).
Only now looking at the photos I realize that it is the first thing that strikes you, but before I saw him only with the eyes of the heart, rationally I knew that he was bald, but I saw him as a marginal detail. Even if we think we are objective, we are not.
We see our reality which is only a small part of a larger reality that we are not aware of. The important thing is to know this and also evaluate this element before acting or making decisions.
Today I propose a salad with raw zucchini and peas inside, perhaps a little unusual, but so it has a greater supply of vitamins and minerals.
I dress my salads with an emulsion of lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil, to which I occasionally add powdered ginger, garlic and powdered pepper. If you want you can add a pinch of sale.
In this salad I put: lettuce, valerian, rocket, escarole, red radicchio, peas, radishes, courgettes, avocado, tomato, sesame seeds, hemp seeds.
