Being perfect parents is impossible but we can give our best.

I got involved by working on myself.

I tried to educate my son in a conscious way, to kindness, respect and the freedom to decide his own life.

I have clashed with my ego, with pride, with the exercise of power within the family and with an excessive desire for control.

Sometimes I find it difficult to allow him to make a mistake and allow him to be himself.

I am learning to be a mother with him and I ask him to have a little patience.

He likes almond butter very much, he eats it spread on bread or pancakes.

I use it in desserts like cookies and cakes to flavor them and make them softer.

Almond butter can also be used to cream pasta and rice.

 

 

Advice

It would be better to use the almonds with the peel for a better supply of nutrients.

Do not be discouraged, at some point you will think about giving up, do not give up, your constancy will be rewarded!

Ingredients

300 gr of shelled almonds

Preparation

Pour the shelled almonds into the blender. Start blending at medium-high speed for 30/40 seconds, then collect the mixture on the sides of the bowl with a spatula and lay it on the bottom.

This has to be done countless times.

It took me 20/22 minutes to get it nice and soft!

All you have to do is spread it on a slice of toast or use it in a fluffy cake.
