“You are no longer where you were, but you are where I am” Valérie Perrin.
This sentence struck me deeply.
I have read and reread it.
I also thought about tattooing it.
A simple sentence that encompasses all the emotions of loss, love, pain and trying to move forward.
The recipe that I propose today is deliciously sweet.
They are small and delicious hazelnut and chocolate truffles, I hope they will brighten your day.
Advice
If you want them sweeter you can use 70% dark chocolate.
Ingrediants
100 gr of hazelnut flour
100 gr of dried apricots
100 gr dark chocolate 85%
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
30 g of coconut flakes
Method
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the hazelnut flour and the chopped apricots in the blender. Stir the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Using a teaspoon and the palms of your hands, create balls with a diameter of about 1.5 cm and pass them in the coconut flakes making them adhere. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 2/3 days.
