What's more delicious than a good sandwich. What if you make the burger, quickly and easily? I propose you the recipe for a tasty chickpea burger.
Not everything can be learned this way, quickly and easily. Learning is often a long process involving trial, error and imperfection. Perseverance and passion are our winning weapons. If at the first mistake we allow ourselves to be discouraged, we may think that we are not inclined to learn that particular thing. But is not so. We can always improve ourselves, in any field, with exercise, study, perseverance and passion. The important thing is not to be discouraged by the first failures, but to continue practicing constantly. It is very useful to consider mistakes or failures not as a failure but as essential events for learning. We will learn with serenity and awareness if we know how to accept mistakes as an integral and important part of the learning process. With all this pappardella on learning I got so hungry, what do you say, let's move on to the recipe?
Chickpeas Hamburger
Wholemeal sandwich with tomato, lettuce, chickpea burger and goat ricotta sauce inside.
Advice
If you don't like the taste of goat's ricotta, you can replace it with cow's milk ricotta or natural Greek yogurt.
If you don't have a pastry ring, divide the dough into 4 or 5 parts forming balls, which you will flatten to form burgers.
Ingredients
4 wholemeal sandwiches
1 tomato
lettuce salad
goat ricotta
260 g of cooked chickpeas
1 medium white onion
1 carrot
1 stick of celery
2 or 3 tablespoons of chickpea flour
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
1 teaspoon of curry
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of turmeric
Preparation
In a food processor, put the onion, celery, carrot and garlic, peeled, washed and cut into large pieces. Add the chickpeas and 2/3 of the parsley that you have previously washed. Finally, add the curry and dried garlic powder. Turn on the mixer and work the mixture until it is finely cut. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of chickpea flour to compact everything. Divide the dough into four parts and form compact burgers with a pastry ring.
For the sauce, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water to the ricotta, the remaining part of the finely chopped parsley and the turmeric.
It's time to assemble everything, cut the sandwich in two horizontally and arrange it as you like. I put the lettuce, burger, salsa, tomato and salad back on the bun base and closed the other half of the bun.
And now let's go eat !!!
