I like water, it is an element that I have always loved.
As a child I used to take endless baths and even now I like to swim to relax.
I spent hours and hours in the water, between somersaults, dives, splashes or simply remained immersed.
Now, while I'm swimming, the water massages my whole body and transports me to a world where silence reigns, where everything is muffled.
In the water I can't think, my tensions dissolve, the whole body benefits from it.
I like spas, hot water can cool and relax my body.
It is my element, in the water I feel pleasantly pampered.
Another very effective pleasantly is to prepare tasty and healthy recipes, one of them is chickpea hummus.
A simple, quick but extremely tasty recipe.
Advice
The original recipe calls for ½ teaspoon of cumin, but I prefer it without.
I don't digest garlic so I use the powdered one.
If you don't have time to cook the chickpeas, use the ones in a glass jar.
Ingredients
160 gr of cooked chickpeas
2 tablespoons of tahina
juice of ½ lemon
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
sweet paprika
extra virgin olive oil
Method
In a blender, pour the ingredients, chickpeas, tahina, lemon, garlic powder, sweet paprika, blend until smooth. Add ½ teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, mix your hummus and enjoy it with bread, vegetables or whatever you like.
