A healthy breakfast, with cereals, dried fruit and dried fruit. This vegan breakfast is full of energy that will give you the charge for the whole day, good and tasty you can customize it according to your tastes.

My partner made breakfast like a champion.

More than a recipe it is a chemical formula, which takes into account the specific weights of the individual ingredients, it is a computer scientist.

He needed a breakfast that contained simple ingredients and that would give him great energy to face the day while at the same time being tasty and delighting his taste buds.

He chose, evaluated, searched and eventually found the right mix of him, the right one for him. So it should be, we should choose, evaluate and sew it all on us like a tailored suit, that fits us perfectly.

We should try, experiment, know, reason and even fail to find the right mix for us. Thanks for giving me permission to release it, it's your mix, but I hope it can become the starting point for someone else's mix.

Unlike granola, which is a toasted mix of cereals, nuts and dried fruit with added honey, this breakfast mix is non-toasted, quick to dial, and can be made fresh. Use your imagination to create ever new mixes.

Mix of ingredients for a special breakfast

  • Puffed quinoa: it has a high protein intake and a high biological value, sometimes it is not easy to find it, you can alternate it with puffed millet.
  • Puffed millet: it is very rich in minerals and vitamins, a true source of natural energy.
  • Whole oat flakes: they are highly digestible, induce a long-lasting sense of satiety and are allies of our gastrointestinal system.
  • Bitter cocoa powder: rich in antioxidants, counteracts the action of free radicals.
  • Cocco rapè: derived from dehydrated and coarsely grated coconut pulp.
  • Corn flakes: They are a little hard to find made with 100% corn, because the sale and sugar are added to most of the flakes.
  • Hazelnuts: They are an essential source of minerals and vitamins, essential fatty acids, fiber, proteins and antioxidants such as vitamin E.
  • Raisins: essential to take the one without added oils.
  • Vegetable drink: you can use your favorite as long as it has no added sugar.

 

Tips:

  • Use wholemeal flakes and without added salt or sugar.
  • Use your favorite beverage, fresh goat / sheep milk or vegetable drink for a vegan version.
  • Taste and savor with every spoonful.

 

Tips for you

It is important to vary the breakfast and, if possible, to alternate between sweet and salty. Do you want inspiration for healthy and tasty breakfasts? You can try a slice of toasted wholemeal bread with fresh fruit, avocado and lemon for breakfast, wholemeal pancakes, Gemmini cookies with no added sugar, peanut butter and dark chocolate cookies, quick cookies with oats, coconut almonds and raisins.
