But do you know that I can help you in many ways at the same time?
I have intense aroma a little sweet but more palatable slightly bitter taste.

My valuable properties are :

My roots (tubers) contain carbohydrates, vitamins C, B1 and B2, vitamins E, A and K, folic acid and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron and potassium.

I also have  a valuable source of essential oils and resins (including gingerol and zinferon) with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral and expectorant effects.

So I'm just helping out in:

I lower cholesterol,
protects against the formation of thrombosis,
Mild pain in the menstrual period,
migraine and walking with them nausea,
Brings relif to your joints with flu (cream, patch, oil)
Helps digestion,
flatulence,
disinfect and refresh your mouth,
increase the concentration,
improve blood circulation,
I was running against the edge.

As you can see I have many advantages but also disadvantages such as:

I am spicy and can be irritated.
You can not eat me non stop.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, avoid me.
If you have ulcers and reflux avoid me.
If you have a disease of the digestive system do not eat do not drink me.

Natural medicine because that's what I'm interested in. I will give descriptions of plants, herbs, fruits and vegetables. You eat them on a daily basis but you don't know what they provide and what diseases they can help. But there will be those with whom you had no close encounters.
